Acceptance of Terms
When You Agree
By accessing the Stellar Bridges website at stellarbridges.org, submitting any form, enrolling in a program, making a donation, or otherwise engaging with our organization, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Updates to Terms
Stellar Bridges, Inc. reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Who We Are
Our Mission
Stellar Bridges, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing workforce development training, mentorship, and career placement services to underserved communities including:
Veterans
Returning Citizens
At-Risk Youth
Underserved Adults

All donations made to Stellar Bridges are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
Section 3
Eligibility
Our programs are open to individuals who meet the participation criteria for each specific program.

Age Requirement
Be at least 16 years of age. Participants between 16 and 17 must have parent or guardian consent.

Accurate Information
Provide accurate and truthful information on all application forms submitted to Stellar Bridges.

Program Requirements
Agree to meet attendance, assessment, and conduct requirements as outlined in program policies.

Academy Policies
Comply with the Student Policies of StellarBridges Academy where applicable to your enrollment.

Stellar Bridges does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or criminal history in its programs or activities.
Section 4
Program Enrollment & Tuition
Enrollment in Stellar Bridges programs is subject to availability and eligibility requirements. We offer flexible payment options to ensure access for all eligible participants.
Pay in Full
Pay the full tuition amount prior to course start date.
Installment Plan
Deposit plus recurring payments — no interest charged.
WIOA Funding
Available for eligible participants through workforce investment programs.
Employer Sponsorship
Employers may sponsor participants directly through a formal agreement.
Section 5
Donations
Secure Processing
Donations made to Stellar Bridges are processed securely through Stripe. Donation receipts will be provided by email for tax purposes.
Stellar Bridges is a registered 501(c)(3) organization. Our EIN will be confirmed and published on our official donation page.

All donations are final and non-refundable unless there is a verified processing error.
By Making a Donation, You Confirm:
You are the authorized user of the payment method provided.
The payment information you provide is accurate and complete.
You authorize Stellar Bridges to charge the amount specified.
A majority of funds received support program services, with a portion used for necessary administrative, compliance, and processing costs.

Stellar Bridges publishes annual financial reports in accordance with its commitment to transparency and accountability.

SMS Communications
What You Agree To
By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Stellar Bridges related to:

Application Updates
Volunteer Opportunities
Community Events

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
Section 7
Volunteer Terms
Volunteers who engage with Stellar Bridges agree to uphold the following standards to ensure the safety, dignity, and success of all program participants.
Accurate Information
Provide accurate information on their volunteer application.
Orientation & Training
Complete required orientation and training before engaging with participants.
Confidentiality
Maintain confidentiality regarding participant information at all times.
Professional Conduct
Conduct themselves professionally and in alignment with Stellar Bridges values at all times.
Advance Notice
Provide reasonable advance notice if unable to fulfill a scheduled commitment.

Stellar Bridges reserves the right to remove any volunteer who violates these terms or whose conduct is inconsistent with the safety and dignity of program participants.

Partner Terms
Partner Organizations Agree To:
Accurate Information
Provide accurate information in their partnership inquiry and any subsequent agreements.
Honor Commitments
Honor commitments made in formal partnership agreements including interview commitments for program graduates.
Confidentiality
Maintain confidentiality regarding participant information shared for placement purposes.
Legal Compliance
Comply with all applicable employment laws and non-discrimination requirements.

Partnership arrangements are subject to separate written agreements. Submission of a partnership inquiry form does not constitute a binding partnership agreement.

Intellectual Property
Our Content is Protected
All content on the Stellar Bridges website, including text, graphics, logos, program materials, and curriculum, is the property of Stellar Bridges, Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Section 10
Limitation of Liability
Services Provided "As Is"
Stellar Bridges provides its website and services on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellar Bridges shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, programs, or services.
Liability Cap
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
No Indirect Damages
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
No Consequential Damages
We are not liable for special or consequential damages.
Liability Cap Applies
Maximum liability is capped at prior 12-month payments or $100.

Governing Law
State of New York
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cayuga County, New York.
Applicable Law
Laws of the State of New York govern these terms.
Jurisdiction
Exclusive jurisdiction in Cayuga County, New York courts.
Conflict of Law
Conflict of law provisions are expressly excluded.
