Stellar Bridges exists to open those doors. We provide real training, real mentorship, and real pathways to careers that create stability, dignity, and pride.
The Problem
Millions face barriers to education and employment, fueling poverty, recidivism, and workforce shortages. Without intervention, these cycles repeat.

We equip justice-involved individuals, veterans, at-risk youth, and underserved adults with the skills, credentials, and connections to build lasting careers.

Career Training
Hands-on, industry-recognized certification programs including Sterile Processing Technician (SPT) and BLS building real credentials for real jobs.
Industry Exposure
Job shadowing across healthcare, tech, trades, and logistics, giving participants a firsthand look at career possibilities before committing to a path.
Workforce Readiness & Mentorship
Resume building, interview prep, professional development, and one-on-one mentorship from industry professionals who've been where our participants are going.

HEALTHCARE
Sterile Processing Technician (SPT)
Learn to decontaminate, inspect, and sterilize surgical instruments in a hospital setting. One of the fastest-growing healthcare support roles with strong job security and advancement potential.
Duration: 8–12 weeks | Credential: CRCST-eligible | Hiring Partners: Local hospitals & surgical centers

HEALTHCARE
BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)
American Heart Association-aligned BLS training for healthcare providers. A foundational credential required for most clinical and healthcare support roles.
Duration: 1 day | Credential: AHA BLS Card | Required for: Most healthcare employment
CAREER EXPOSURE
See It. Experience It. Own It.
Before committing to a career path, participants explore industries firsthand through structured job shadowing. We believe exposure is the first step to aspiration.
Healthcare

Why Stellar Bridges Exists
Stellar Bridges was born from a belief that the greatest untapped resource in America isn't technology or capital — it's the human potential sitting in underserved communities, waiting for a real chance. Our founder saw firsthand how systems fail people who are trying to do the right thing: young adults aging out of foster care with no direction, returning citizens who can't get hired despite their best efforts, veterans who served their country but can't find their footing back home.
The answer wasn't charity. It was access. Real training. Real mentorship. Real pathways. Stellar Bridges was built to be that bridge — between where people are and where they're capable of going.
