Tuition & Payment Options
Pay in Full
A single payment covering your entire tuition before your course begins. This option simplifies your financial commitment and ensures uninterrupted access to all course materials throughout your program.
Installment Plans
Spread your payments over the duration of your course with a structured installment plan. This begins with an initial deposit followed by regular recurring payments according to your signed payment agreement. No interest is charged on installment plans.
Workforce Development Funding
StellarBridges works with various workforce development programs, including WIOA funding and employer sponsorships. We can provide all necessary documentation for these funding sources.
If your program includes a Success Kit, please note that $200 of your tuition is non-refundable once the kit has been processed and shipped. This fee covers materials essential to your course completion.

Refund Policy
14-Day Withdrawal Period
Students who withdraw within 14 calendar days of their course start date are eligible for a refund of any tuition paid, minus the $200 Success Kit fee (if applicable). To initiate a withdrawal, you must notify us in writing via email to support@stellarbridges.org.
After 14 Days
No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after the 14-day period. At this point, the program is well underway, and we cannot fill your vacant spot or recover costs.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone a course, you'll receive a full refund of all tuition and fees paid. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your enrollment to a future session if available.
Attendance & Participation Requirements
Success in online learning requires consistent engagement. Our attendance policy is designed to help you stay on track while providing the flexibility adult learners need.
Regular Logins
Sign in to the learning platform at least 3-4 times per week to stay current with announcements, lessons, and discussions.
Assignment Completion
Submit all required assignments, quizzes, and projects by their deadlines. Extensions may be available if requested in advance.
Active Engagement
Participate meaningfully in discussions, group activities, and live sessions (or watch recordings if you cannot attend live).
We understand that life happens. If you anticipate being unable to participate due to illness, emergency, or other circumstances, please notify your instructor or our support team as soon as possible at support@stellarbridges.org.
Continued non-participation without communication may result in an attendance warning. If the situation remains unresolved, you may be withdrawn from the course. For WIOA-funded students, attendance reports may be shared with your career counselor per program requirements.
Academic Integrity
StellarBridges Academy values honest, ethical conduct in all academic activities. Our academic integrity policy ensures the value and credibility of your education while maintaining compliance with training standards.
Student Responsibilities
  • Submit original work that represents your own thinking and learning
  • Complete all assessments honestly, without unauthorized assistance
  • Properly attribute sources when using others' ideas or words
  • Protect your account credentials and don't allow others to complete your coursework
  • Report suspected violations of academic integrity if observed
Examples of Academic Dishonesty
  • Plagiarism: Using another person's words, ideas, or creative work without proper attribution
  • Cheating: Using unauthorized materials or assistance during assessments
  • Fabrication: Inventing information, data, or citations
  • Impersonation: Having someone else complete your coursework
Consequences for Violations
Violations of academic integrity will be addressed according to their severity and may include: a warning and requirement to redo the assignment, grade reduction or zero on the assignment, course failure, or dismissal from the program in severe or repeated cases.
Students will have the opportunity to explain their actions before any final determination is made. We are committed to fair processes while maintaining the high standards that make your credential valuable.

StellarBridges affirms that no student will face retaliation for requesting accommodations or reporting discrimination. We are committed to fostering an environment where all students can succeed.
Grievance Policy and Complaint Resolution
StellarBridges Academy is committed to resolving student concerns fairly and promptly. Our structured grievance process ensures that your voice is heard and your concerns are addressed appropriately.
Step 1: Informal Resolution
When possible, start by addressing your concern directly with the relevant instructor or staff member. Many issues can be quickly resolved through open communication.
Step 2: Formal Complaint
If informal resolution isn't successful, submit a written complaint to director@stellarbridges.org. Include a clear description of the issue, relevant dates, and any steps already taken.
Step 3: Review and Response
Administration will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and begin an investigation. You'll receive a written response with findings and resolution within 10 business days.
Step 4: Appeal (If Necessary)
If you're unsatisfied with the resolution, you may appeal to the Executive Director within 10 days of receiving the response. A final decision will be provided within 10 business days.
If your concern isn't resolved internally, WIOA-funded students may contact their Workforce Development Board representative or DOL program coordinator. For discrimination concerns, you may file a complaint with the Department of Labor's Equal Opportunity Office.
Our Commitment: StellarBridges guarantees that no student will face retaliation for filing a complaint in good faith. We view concerns as opportunities to improve our programs and better serve our students.

  • Internet Connection: Reliable broadband (minimum 5 Mbps)
  • Web Browser: Up-to-date Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
  • Audio/Video: Working speakers/headphones, microphone, and webcam
  • Software: Ability to view PDFs and use basic word processing

Course Completion & Alumni Resources
Completion Requirements
To successfully complete your program and receive your certification, you must meet the following requirements:
  • Attendance: Maintain consistent participation throughout the course
  • Assignments: Submit all required assignments with a passing score (typically 80% or higher)
  • Assessments: Complete all quizzes, tests, and exams with a passing score (typically 85% or higher)
  • Practical Components: Demonstrate competency in required skills demonstrations
  • Financial Standing: Fulfill all financial obligations related to the course
Upon successful completion, you will receive an official StellarBridges Certificate, digital credential for your resume, and access to alumni resources.
